Keith Krikorian on 10th Planet, wrestling, and the challenges of elite competition

He's a 10th Planet Black Belt, an ADCC veteran, and one of the most active grappling competitors in the world. This week's guest is San Diego's own Keith Krikorian. We had a great chat about Keith's early days in the sport, and how he incorporated his wrestling into his Jiu Jitsu. We also discussed his process for gaining experience in competition, that eventually turned him into the competitor he is today.
